  • With a valid proof of purchase:

Return Process

  3. Ship the Return Items: Ship the package to the specified address according to the return instructions provided. Please keep the shipping tracking number for reference.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return items, we will notify you of the return status via email.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund and credit the amount back to your original payment method. The processing time may take 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
